I'm Ray Ruiz — founder and CEO of SGI Advisory LLC. Throughout my career inside large enterprise environments, I developed a deep ability to identify where control gaps existed — the vulnerabilities that quietly allowed fraud to go undetected until it was too late. More importantly, I learned how to build proactive detection systems that found hidden revenue leakage, closed control gaps fast, and prevented millions in future losses.. Those experiences — across Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and complex operational environments — taught me something I couldn't ignore: small and mid-sized businesses face the same risks but rarely have access to that level of expertise. SGI Advisory exists to change that. I built this firm to bring Strategic Governance and Integrity to organizations that need it most — practical, independent advisory services delivered with the efficiency that modern AI tools now make possible, at a price point that actually makes sense for your business.
